Widespread use of galvanized steel strands

农业用镀锌钢绞线

We produce a variety of steel strands, of which hot-dip galvanized steel strands are widely used in communication lines, and are also the most used by agricultural friends. Such as greenhouses, fruit and flower greenhouses, etc. So what is the difference between hot-dip galvanized steel wire, hot-dip galvanized steel strand, national standard and non-standard samples?

In fact, the difference between the national standard and non-standard of hot-dip galvanized steel wire and hot-dip galvanized steel strand is the difference of zinc content. So the zinc content is different. The higher the zinc content, the better the corrosion resistance and the longer the use time, but the price is opposite, the lower the zinc layer, the lower the corrosion resistance and rust resistance, the shorter the use time, but the price is relatively cheap.

Galvanized steel strand: Galvanized steel strand is mainly used for hangers, suspensions, communication cables, overhead power lines, as well as fixed objects, tethers, etc.

a. According to the cross-sectional structure of the galvanized steel strand, it can be divided into three types;

b. According to the different nominal tensile strength of galvanized steel strand, galvanized steel strand can be divided into 5 grades;

c. Galvanized steel strand has high tensile strength, no looseness, neat cable, vertical hot-dip galvanized zinc layer thickness of product surface coating, is a firm bonding iron, especially suitable for harsh conditions and long service life. Widely used in power cables, posts and telecommunications industries.

A good galvanized steel strand should be

a The diameter and lay length of the steel strand should be uniform and not loose after cutting.

b. Each steel wire in the galvanized steel strand should be tightly twisted, and there should be no staggering, breaking and bending, etc.

c The surface of the steel strand must be free of oil, dirt, water and other impurities.

d The surface of the hot-dip galvanized steel wire should be plated with a uniform and continuous zinc layer? There should be no cracks and exposed plating.

The galvanized layer of e steel wire is allowed to have local white spots, flash points, thin films and individual zinc layers that do not affect the use, but the local increase in the accumulation value shall not exceed 2 times the positive deviation of the wire diameter.
